Aleksander Czuba
This page is to warn businesses or anybody looking to do business with this individual. Aleksander Czuba has been a client of ours since the summer of 2023. On February 21st he did a last minute rental for a Sony FX6 package, Sony 12-24mm f2.8 and Sigma 35mm f1.4. There was a certain degree of trust in the process as he had rented from us several times before and never given any issues and told us the production was insured.
Rental was supposed to be returned on 2/27/24 and after attempting to contact him several times he informed us his phone had been broken during the shoot and wanted to extend til 3/9/24. Camera package was never returned, didn't return our phone calls, edited his Instagram bio taking out the links to companies he shoots for, @grandeventsmiami and @grandeyepictures, blocked us on those accounts and made his Instagram profile private. A few of our partners reached out to him about returning the equipment and he blocked them on Instagram. After creating this page and reaching out to one of his partners he called us and returned the Sigma 35mm lens telling us that he lost the FX6 in a trip in Costa Rica and that he wanted to pay it back. We set up monthly payments at a reasonable rate then he stopped communicating, blocking our number.

Coincidentally we recently saw an ad on Facebook Marketplace for the exact same package we rented out to Aleksander, Sony FX6, 2 Kastar batteries, 1TB Angelbird CFexpress Type B, Sony 12-24mm f2.8, all in the same Aputure lighting bag we gave him. We included a couple of snapshots from the ad as reference. Please feel free to reach out for serial numbers.
